Jeannette Mann

PCC Board of Trustees 

Dr. Jeanette Mann has represented Area 2 (which covers Northeast Pasadena, East Altadena, and Sierra Madre) since being elected to the board in 1983. She was the first woman elected to the board and has served for 29 years.

Democratic Club

of Pasadena Foothills 

The Democrats of Pasadena Foothills focuses its efforts in Pasadena, Altadena and nearby Foothills areas; to advance the goals of the Democratic Party (hereinafter called the Party), through public policy and political issue analysis, education, fund-raising, recruitment, coordination with other Democratic groups, and other activities to benefit the Party. 

National Women's Political Caucus

of Greater Pasadena

The Greater Pasadena Caucus has a broad area of membership covering Glendale/Burbank to the West, Coachella Mountains to the East, the Foothills to the North and Los Angeles to the South. The NWPC, whose goal is 50/50 by 2020, meaning 50% of all elected and appointed officeholders should be women by the year 2020, was founded by pioneering female leaders Gloria Steinem, Shirley Chisholm, Bella Abzug and Betty Friedan. The Pasadena chapter has over 70 members and has helped to elect scores of local women to office over the past 30 years.

Citrus College Adjunct Faculty Federation, AFT Local 6352

The Citrus College Adjunct Faculty Federation (CCAFF), AFT, Local 6352, is a labor union representing adjunct faculty members of Citrus Community College District who serve approximately 12,000 students.

 

The Federation is an affiliate of the American Federation of Teachers, the California Federation of Teachers, the California Labor Federation and the AFL-CIO
